What is a 5-2-1-0 Challenge?

A 5-2-1-0 Challenge is designed to guide individuals, families, workplaces, schools, and others on a time-limited 5-2-1-0 journey. Participants will be challenged to do the best they can to achieve 5-2-1-0 behaviors. Participants will track their progress from start to the finish to see how they did.
